Getting Started:
To become a new patient schedule a 15 minute meet and greet with Dr. Hamilton. This is a no obligation, free appointment for you to learn more about Western Foothills Direct Primary Care and whether it’s right for you.
Once she receives your email request, Dr.Hamilton will reach out to you directly to answer questions by phone or, if preferred, schedule an appointment in the office or via a video call.
Your First Visit:
This is a 60 minute appointment that will be scheduled in follow up to your meet and greet. Dr.Hamilton will review your medical records before the appointment in detail. Together you will discuss your past medical history, your current health, your top health priorities and determine what your future care plans will look like.
